Breakfast Ideas 💙💚💛

Hi Guys
How is everything going?

This week was a little shorter than the last week in terms of remote work.
However, I'm writing to you to share with you my breakfast ideas that I made this week.

Hot Idea!!!

=> Healthy Porridge 
Ingredients:
5 sp of oat seeds;
2 sp of ground cinnamon;
4 blueberries;
2 glass of water (Natural water);
1 Red Apple.

Method:
Place oats and water into the saucepan.
Stir over low heat for 5 minutes until place the cinnamon and again, stir by 2 minutes.
Place the porridge to bowl and reserve it.

Meanwhile, place the apple in pieces into a saucepan and stir until it more crunchies.
Then Place the apples into the bowl with porridge. 
Add the blueberries and that's it!

Warm Idea!!!

=> Eggs with My Bread

Ingredients:
1p gluten-free bread;
2 eggs

Method:
Place the eggs into the pan with boiled water. After 2 minutes push the eggs to the plate with bread. 

Cold Idea!!!

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen Strawberries;
1 cup frozen Blueberries;
2 sp Cinnamon;
3 sp Oat seeds;
2 sp Chia seeds;
1 sp Flax seeds;
1 Natural Yogurt.
Method:
Place the yogurt, Strawberries, and blueberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
Take the smoothie and place it into a bowl.
Add all seeds, fresh Blueberries, and the cinnamon into the smoothie
And that's it;) "meme"
