MF Cheese and coconut cake (Freshest)

Actually, we are living the hottest days ever! I suppose in my small life ;)
Really hot days, as you know it ;)
I know that these kinds of days give us the desired by something very fresh. However, we don't need to only eat yoghurt or light ice creams...
Today I'll share with you one fresh cake that I did last week. Highest on Calories and Protein, with some Fat and low Charboidrates.
Just what we need to focus on!
Ingredients:
- 2s of grated cheese;
- 100g of grated coconut;
- 5 fresh eggs;
- 1 scoop of whey (completely optional);
- 200ml of coconut milk;
- 1s of butter;
- 1s of baking powder.
- Reserve one more 0.5g of Butter to grease the container.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 ΒΊ (if you use the electric oven) and grease the container;
2. Get all the ingredients less than baking powder and join together into the mixing blender.
Then join the power banking and take a quick mixed with your spoon.
3. Put the content into the container.
Reserve the cake into your fridge ;)
